Executive Producer

The Executive Producer is responsible for overseeing all phases of development for one or more projects from the concept phase through release. The position identifies and communicates goals and risks, on an ongoing basis, to both internal and external stakeholders in the project(s). The Executive Producer has final authority (subject to the approval of the Studio Manager and General Manager) to represent the needs of the studio on any and all project-related issues. On a day-to-day basis, the Executive Producer manages Senior Producers, Producers, Associate Producers and other assigned project team members to monitor tasks and ensure that their projects are tracking in accord with the specified product plan.

Other Responsibilities

Work Experience

• Minimum 7 years experience working as a Producer in the videogame industry
• Experience working as a Senior or Executive Producer in the videogame industry preferred
• Successful track record in the development of high profile entertainment software products
• Shipped at least 3 titles (multi-platform) in a Producer role
• Proven track record with highly-sensitive, license-based projects
• Multi-language localization experience

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Driver’s license required
• Passport required

Knowledge/Skills

• PC Skills: Windows environment, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project
• Strong project management skills.
• Must have online/internet skills.
• Excellent written, oral and email communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and work prioritization skills.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences on a broad range of topics, e.g. technical, business and creative.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive, team oriented, and organized
• Ability to work under tight schedules and high-stress environment
