Senior Producer Mobile

Requirements

• Ultimately responsible for the overall vision, quality and delivery of the product including maintaining the overall vision of the product with the leads and ensuring the focus of the team is always working toward those goals
• Work under the direction of the studio’s Game Directors
• Design monetization model for mobile products
• Identify potential problems and poor market approaches
• Ensure project is on time, on budget, and of high quality
• Work with leads to produce clear project plans for entire project including prototype, pre-production and production plans, staffing plans, pipeline and sharing plans
• Create and maintain schedules based on production plans and project vision; ensure resources are properly allocated during production
• Routine supervision of direct reports and review of weekly task lists
• Act as the product’s advocate both internally and externally, ensuring appropriate focus is given to issues that may hinder the product’s success in the marketplace
• Manage outside contractors and service providers as required
• Facilitate communication and decision-making
• Update executive team on project status, including any risks or concerns
• Perform live data analysis and manage tactical content changes
• Assist with community management for the product overall.
