QA Analyst

Description

Schell Games is currently seeking to fill a QA Analyst/QA Specialist position to work within a cross functional development team. Responsibilities include creating test plans, leading and performing testing efforts for various projects, as well as reporting results and metrics to management. In addition, researching and implementing new QA processes to better serve both the QA department as well as the development team proper, is highly desirable.

Requirements

3+ years of Software Development experience

Familiarity with current Quality Assurance practices

Experience creating robust software test plans

Ability to gather pertinent information and metrics from testing results

Ability to lead testing efforts, as well as perform hands-on testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills / Extras

Degree in Computer Science, (or similar), or equivalent work experience

Experience with automated testing techniques

Desire to pursue and implement process improvement initiatives

Passion for playing video games!
