JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The rock stars at Harmonix love to show off some of the best moves ever seen on stage. What they don't want you to know is that they're all motion captured from real live rockers and hand animated in Motion Builder.

Character Animators at Harmonix have extensive experience working with bipedal rigs in Motion Builder. Animators maintain a crucial balance between realism and flamboyance in our Rockers, using a mix of motion capture and hand animation.

Senior Artists share their knowledge with the art team by mentoring junior artists and keeping up with new tools and industry trends. They are motivated and creative individuals who help streamline the production process and continuously push the boundaries of our visual style.

* Animate 3D bipedal characters / Rock Stars

* Implement moves using Harmonix custom tools

* Work with Designers and Lead Artists to create fantastic new moves

* Develop new animation tools with the tech art staff
