Producer

Budcat Creations is looking for a talented, self-managed and motivated producer to join our team. Responsibilities include creating and managing realistic schedules, overseeing and supporting the development team from start through completion of a project. Applicant will work directly with programmers, artists and QA, managing tasks, troubleshooting and problem solving. Applicant will be responsible for every build from the first playable milestone through the submission process.

- Managed/Produced a minimum of 2 shipped titles
- Self managed and self disciplined, must take responsibility for the project
- Ability to do what it takes to get things done
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Familiar with development software/hardware
