JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experienced Producer:
3G Studios has an opening for an experienced Producer to join our team. The Producer will work with associate producer and project manager to manage the production of a project as well as be a representative of the project for 3G. The Producer will use his or her experience on the front lines to improve production and organizational processes as well as mentor key talent within the project teams. The Producer is primarily responsible for scheduling, staffing, tracking development and most importantly ensuring team deliverables are met in a timely manner. The Producer will also responsible for project relations with the publisher.

Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate production staff on our games.
• Foster communication between departments and management.
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks before they occur and proactively suggest solutions.
• Organize and stimulate the creative process.
• Interact with publisher contacts at appropriate levels.
• Work with leads to compile Technical and Design Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Create and maintain development schedules.
• Manage the flow of assets and information between teams and team members.
• Co-ordinate work efforts of team members from multiple disciplines (art, audio, technical, and quality assurance).
• Manage regular product reviews and prioritize feedback from the Art Director, Gaming Designer, Executive Producer, and Development Team.
• Lead, evolve, and improve the overall production process to increase levels of efficiency, quality of work, and profitability.
• Build and maintain a product development atmosphere that is collaborative, innovative and fun.
• Prepare presentation material and demos.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years working as a producer in game development, with a producer credit on at least 2 shipped titles and at least one console title.
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Near psychic ability to identify and mitigate risks before they become problems.
• Ability to adapt to changing company priorities.
• In-depth understanding of the craft disciplines needed to make a great game.
• Track record of successful management of development teams.
• A passion for hands-on game development with a focus on attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of Project Management practices and principles.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability and drive to create, track, and maintain multiple project schedules.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate with all development disciplines, we use SCRUM and Waterfall.
