JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EZD Productions is looking for a Director of Technology for the next-gen virtual world we are creating. The Director of Technology will be responsible for ensuring that 3D development is optimized for the Crytek2 Engine.

You would be working in our new San Francisco Bay Area office.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
-- You have spent 5+ years as an engineer in digital production, with some demonstrable experience (credits) in a senior or lead position & literacy with C++.
-- You have extensive experience with the CryEngine2.
-- You have extensive experience with 3D Studio Max.
-- You have extensive experience with on-line / MMO Production and maintenance.
-- You have extensive experience with Lua scripting.
-- You have demonstrated an ability to foresee and adapt to problems related to next-gen development.
-- You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
-- You love games and virtual social experiences-not just playing them, but analyzing their performance needs.
-- You are a team player and recognize that a successful game comes from the harmony of design, art, and code.
-- You can communicate the issues to non-technical people clearly and efficiently.
-- You have a high degree of familiarity with one or more MMO products.
