JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, talented people to work in a dynamic high-paced team atmosphere. Individual needs to be able to work in a creative environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills with knowledge and passion towards the video game industry.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and track game content lists and schedules, incorporating requirements and dependencies from various departments

• Pro-actively identify project risks and conflicts, and work with producers and leads to resolve them

• Participate in planning sessions, contribute to milestone definition process, and provide regular status updates

• Assist with game testing and general quality control where necessary

• Ability to take concise notes and generate action item lists

• Must be able to follow through on tasks, show initiative and demonstrate critical thinking skills








Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience or 1 shipped title working in a production role on a game development team

• Experience working successfully within a team environment

• Experience in a management role, including responsibility for schedules and contracts

• Familiarity with traditional scheduling tools, such as MS Excel, Project, and web based programs

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills

• Superior attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings
