There are two beliefs at the core of everything we do. The first belief is that the shorter you are, the worse it smells in a crowded elevator.
The second belief is that a brand is a promise. And while conventional advertising agencies have long been in the business of helping their clients make promises, few make any effort to help their clients keep them. Once the promise has been made (i.e., the spots have been trafficked, the mechanicals have been delivered, the web site has gone live), most agencies cross their fingers and hope the client will keep it. We're not much for crossing our fingers, we prefer rolling up our sleeves.
If we help a client create ads that promise innovative products, we will make sure every experience the consumer has with the brand is innovative. The media plan will be innovative. The in-store merchandising will be innovative. The packaging, owner's manual and tradeshow booth will be innovative. And if there’s a 1-800 call center, you can expect the hold music will be innovative, too.
